Low Limit Futbol’s 5 Year Anniversary Show

In another epic anniversary celebration, Joe and Rob bring in XI guests to break down the world of football. We start out with a tribute hour to our great friend Jim Hart who recently passed away. First up is Nima Tavallaey from Sempreinter.com (9:05) to talk about his experience with Jim, as well as chat about Inter as they enter the Champions Leaue competition this year. Soon after, Michael Agovino, author f Soccer Diaries (24:05) stops by to discuss his experience with Jim, and what it meant to him. From there, Jim’s close friend Chad Smith, host of the Two Daft Yanks podcast (39:56) comes in to chat about the many pints and experiences he’s shared with Jim over the years. Lastly, Jon Townsend from These Football Times (57:08) comes in to discuss his work with Jim at These Football Times, as well as what the tow of them accomplished at Year Zero Soccer.

Our second hour is our annually featured beIN Sports hour, full of the great people at beIN, and what they’ve meant to our podcast over the years. First up is our BFF Jeremy St Louis (1:09:55). Jeremy stops in to talk Manchester United, FIFA Player of the Year, as well as what’s coming up for him at the network this year. Right after that, the birthday boy George D Metellus (1:23:35) comes in to continue talking about FIFA Player of the Year, as well as the breaking news of Juan Carlos Osorio taking the job with the Paraguayan National Team. From there, we welcome in Kevin Egan (1:42:00) to talk about the Messi snub, as well as the great things happening at Atlanta United. Lastly, the great Phil Schoen (1:56:05) stops by to also talk Messi, as well as Arsenal Football Club and Unai Emery.
Our final hour of the show brings you some pretty big guests too. First up, Alex Goldberg from The Calcioland Podcast (2:12:25) starts us off by discussing Chelsea, as well as Juventus including Cristiano Ronaldo’s goal scoring struggles to start the season. We also learn that he’s not a big fan if Thibault Courtois! Next, we welcome in Renato Bittar, sports agent from La Squadra Sports Management (2:39:30) to talk about the ins and outs of being a sports agent, and dealing with MLS, as well as other clubs around the world. Our last guest is ESPN FC’s Jonathan Johnson (2:49:26), a mainstay on this traditional podcast, to discuss the ins and outs going on at Paris St Germain.
